Where will you work?

Our Seattle, WA location is part of our Liquid Beverage division and creates syrups and sweet sauce variations for Kerry customers and brands. Youll be working in a state-of-the-art facility with a team thats committed to helping each other succeed in their roles though structured training with committed and engaged leadership. What will you do?

  • Provide leadership and direction to the plant maintenance department responsible for repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools, and equipment in manufacturing operations.

  • Schedule repair, maintenance, and installation activities to ensure continuous production operations and preventive maintenance.

  • Responsible for eliminating causes of failure and ensuring full useful equipment life in coordination with daily maintenance.

  • Leading plant-specific vision and mission to assure continuous improvement and alignment with the corporate vision.

  • Drive employee engagement, training, and development to maximize manufacturing, quality, safety, and productivity goal attainment.

  • Managing maintenance and engineering projects including expense, improvement modifications and Capital projects.

  • Manage external contractors.

  • Plans and provides for an adequate supply and ensures control over spare parts and maintenance supplies (inventory management).

  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment manuals, and inspection reports.

What will you need to be successful?

  • Bachelors degree in engineering preferred.

  • 7+ years maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment along with 2 years of supervisor / managerexperience.

  • Proven experience in project management execution.

  • Experience TPM and/or Lean initiatives.

  • Experience predictive/preventive maintenance programs.

  • Budget planning and managing.

  • Ability to work in a changing and Multi-task environment.

Compensation Data

The typical hiring range for this role is $105,129 to $159,134 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
