The Ivanti Legal Intern is a member of the Legal department and will support our global in-house attorneys in legal research and writing, compliance and legal risk management, commercial transactions, and general administrative and corporate matters. What You Will Be Doing: Support in-house attorneys in legal research and writing, compliance and legal risk management, and general administrative and corporate matters Support the continuous improvement of standard form agreements and legal processes Work with legal department, sales, professional services, sales operations, finance, human resources, engineering, product management, and marketing teams to support business processes Perform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required from time to time To Be Successful in The Role, You Will Have: Ability to be productive, efficient, and distinguish between material and non-material issues Ability to accurately spot issues and formulate solutions with analytical and problem-solving skills Strong organizational skills to prioritize workload effectively and handle a variety of difficult tasks Exceptional oral and written communication skills to work closely with internal and external groups A willingness to take on new responsibilities Experience working well under pressure and consistently meeting demanding deadlines Must be able to work well with others as part of a team Education: Working towards a Bachelor of Science/Art degree or law degree in English, Business, or related field of study.
