Blue Origin LLC Lab Coordinator - Avionics Development in Seattle, Washington

As part of a hardworking team of diverse specialists, you will coordinate Avionics Development Lab activities for various spaceflight systems. You will apply your technical expertise, leadership skills, and dedication to run a laboratory management system that will help us work efficiently and reach our company goals. Responsibilities: Coordinate/route requests and schedules for the Avionics Development Labs Operate within a LIMS and internal test management system Work with customers to build a demand pipeline Manage expectations for scheduling and workflow priority Partner with vendors to manage lab supplies and consumables Arrange for and track equipment calibrations Create/improve lab-specific training materials for new engineers Track performance metrics and find opportunities for improvement Qualifications: Experience working in a development lab Experience with operations management in a laboratory setting Strong skills using computer office tools and strong organizational skills Be able to self-manage with little to no direction Ability to multitask in a constantly evolving environment Bachelor\'s degree in a science, engineering field or business management Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and strengthen our culture of inclusion Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
