Google Key Account Executive IV, Retail, Google Cloud in Seattle, Washington

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 10 years of experience with quota-carrying cloud or software sales, or account management at a business to business software company.

  • Experience promoting to enterprise accounts, and promoting a portfolio of products or solutions at the C-level.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience supporting enterprise organizations, growing existing customer bases, and acquiring new logos at scale to increase spend and accelerate consumption business growth.

  • Experience working with, and leading, cross-functional internal teams (e.g., Business Development, Customer Engineers, Partner Sales) and external partners in implementation projects and negotiations.

  • Experience cultivating and maintaining C-level relationships to build partnerships and promote cloud solutions, with the ability to influence at the executive level.

As a Key Account Executive (KAE), you will leverage existing relationships with CEOs and executives, develop new relationships with business unit leaders to understand their unique company challenges and to influence their perspective of Google solutions. You will be responsible for communicating the business value of Google while driving shareholder value, and will advocate the innovative power of products and solutions to make organizations more productive, collaborative, and mobile.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000-$196,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Build executive relationships with strategic customer base to influence their long-term technology and business decisions, add value as a trusted advisor by bringing compelling insights and ideas with follow through execution.

  • Lead business cycles (e.g., presenting multi-year agreements to C-level executives), negotiating terms and managing associated legal and business risks.

  • Lead account strategy to develop business growth opportunities, working cross-functionally with multiple teams and Google Partners, to maximize business impact within enterprise customers.

  • Run and manage global accounts with multiple opportunities across different functions with forecast and budgetary accuracy, serving as the primary customer contact for all adoption-related activities.
