The learning solutions created by our team help improve data models to enhance products such as Alexa.About the hiring groupWho are we?The Secure AI Foundations (SAIF) organization's vision is to democratize AI, starting with Alexa, by making it intuitive and efficient to build, integrate, and operate AI that enforces security and privacy as foundational primitives. The SAIF organization is organized around six foundational services through the model experiment, build, train, and launch lifecycle: (1) ML Experience, (2) Data, (3) Compute, (4) GroundTruth, (5) Privacy, and (6) Security.Job responsibilitiesWho are you?* You are obsessed about the learner experience and high standards with a focus on ensuring the learner receives the right content at the right time.* You excel at taking complex topics and transforming them into easy-to-understand learning experiences using design thinking.* You can analyze incoming requests and recommend solutions focused on the needs of the learner and linked to key business outcomes.* You use eLearning authoring tools to build learning experiences that include assessments, interactive activities, animated videos, graphics and images, and text-based content.* You are curious and interested in learning new technologies, figuring out how thinks work, and exploring new developments in learning science, learning design, and learning technologies.* Bachelor's Degree* 2+ years experience in program or project management* 2+ years direct experience in designing training content to include eLearning courses, instructor-led materials, job aids, system simulations, multimedia products (video, graphic, audio), and other training materials.* 2+ years direct experience using eLearning authoring tools to build learning experiences that include assessments, interactive activities, animated videos, graphics and images, and text-based content. (Articulate Studio/Storyline, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, and Vyond)* Solid project management skills including planning work, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track, using time well, and delivering results.* Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication abilities including skills in explaining technical topics to novices and collaborating with subject matter experts, global stakeholders, and managers.* Experience with coordination for global initiatives, including localization of training content.* Bachelor's degree, industry certifications, or equivalent experience in learning design, learning science, instructional design, educational psychology, or similar field.* A work sample demonstrating your experience and skill using course authoring tools and instructional design theory will be will be required as part of the hiring process.Amazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
