Division Practice Manager (Insights and Data)

Sogeti West Division (Washington and Arizona) is hiring an Insights & Data Division Practice Manager.

As a Division Practice Manager of Insights & Data (I&D), you would be managing a high-performance team of data and analytics professionals, lead client engagements and provide delivery excellence across I&D portfolio, provide thought leadership, and deliver value to our clients through innovative insights and data solutions.

What You-ll Do

• Support in business growth throughcollaboration with account teams on pre-sales activities through research,solutioning support and providing thought leadership. And working with alliancepartners on sell-with opportunities

• Own solutioning, client management,delivery of data and analytics projects

• Play a client-service role for dataand analytics engagements by partnering with clients to become a trustedadvisor, manage and exceed client expectations, and present findings toclients.

• Lead highly complex and large-scaledata and analytics engagements including data and analytics strategyengagements, build and implementation engagements, and run engagements

• Manage team of data and analyticsprofessionals across data engineering, BI, automation, and data science,involving overseeing the engagements, hiring talent, mentoring, and coachingteam

• Provide direction to team to deliveroutputs which provide our clients high quality deliverables with focus onbusiness outcomes and storytelling

• Work on ongoing development of dataand analytics capabilities across the team, development of new assets, andcontribute to GTM solutions for data and analytics

• Location: Washington a must

Minimum education qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related field.

The ideal candidate will have:

Qualifications/Experience

• 10+ years of experience in deliveringlarge scale data and analytics engagements

• Strength in client facing with salesand presales abilities

• Strong experience across the entiredata and analytics lifecycle including data integration, data management, dataarchitecture, data governance, data quality, automation, and data science

• Ability to define business case fordata and analytics solutions, measure and report business outcomes, and dostorytelling to executives

• Ability to interface with client atany level, executive to engineer

• Hands-on across data and analytics,and able to coach and mentor team in situations where team requires technicalhelp

• Strong experience in data andanalytics ecosystem across Azure, AWS, Google, with Azure as must have (including SQL, Azure DataLake, Synapse, Azure ML, Purview)
