Join us for an incredible opportunity to be a part of our Food & Beverage Team at the Grand Hyatt Seattle as our Part-Time In-Room Dining Server !
In-Room Dining Servers are responsible for presenting guest food and beverage preferences timely and to temperature. Servers engage in casual conversation and enhance the experience by their style and service attributes. Other duties include general in room dining preparation, removal of serving trays, and maintaining a sanitary environment.
This position will also have the opportunity to periodically support the Grand Club when necessary.Grand Clubs at Hyatt are exclusive, private lounges that cater to VIPs and frequent stay members. These clubs offer a variety of food and beverage services as well as current periodicals and the latest in media options and technology. Members of the Grand Club team are responsible for answering questions and assisting with reservations and recommendations. This position offers the opportunity to engage in casual conversation and to indulge special requests.
The hourly range for the In-Room Dining Server position is $19.75/hour to $20.15/hour. This position starts at $19.75/hour. For those individuals with four years or more of In-Room Dining serving experience, this position offers $20.15/hour.
This position earns additional compensation through automatic service charges on the guest’s orders, and gratuities given at the guest’s discretion.
The hourly range for the Grand Club Concierge position is $26.25/hour to $26.78/hour. This position starts at $26.25/hour. For those individuals with four years or more of Grand Club Concierge experience, this position offers $26.78/hour.

Qualifications:
· A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast paced environment.
· Must have great communication skills and superior guest service abilities
· Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight and walk moderate distances.
· Must be able to work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
· Previous food and beverage experience preferred
