SALARY $26.44 - $30.07 New hires may earn a salary ranging from the minimum to the midpoint of the pay scale, with education and experience taken into consideration. FIND OUT ABOUT THIS ROLE AND OUR MISSION TO CREATE POSITIVE CHANGE As the HR Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our organization's talent acquisition efforts while providing key administrative support to the HR department. Your primary focus will be on managing recruitment activities and ensuring a seamless candidate experience, while also assisting with HR operations such as benefits administration, HRIS management, and employee inquiries. You will work closely with hiring managers, recruiters, and HR team members to support the entire recruitment lifecycle and contribute to maintaining an organized, efficient, and compliant HR function. Plymouth Housing is a nonprofit organization that develops and operates permanent supportive housing for single adults who have experienced chronic homelessness. With apartment buildings throughout King County, Plymouth is helping the most vulnerable members of our community leave homelessness behind forever. At Plymouth, we're not simply trying to get people off the streets. We provide supportive services like case management and health care so that our residents can thrive long-term. As part of our strategic vision, we are building internal behavioral health services and transforming our systems to address rapid growth and the changing needs of residents. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO BE DOING IN THIS ROLE AT PLYMOUTH HOUSING Coordinate and manage recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, resume screening, and scheduling interviews. Communicate effectively with candidates, providing timely updates on application status and facilitating interview logistics. Conduct employment references, background checks, and additional testing as needed. Implement candidate feedback surveys to enhance the recruitment process and improve the candidate experience. Utilize data analytics to analyze recruitment metrics, identify trends, and optimize recruitment strategies. Manage data within the applicant tracking system (ATS), including updating candidate records, generating reports, and analyzing recruitment data. Support the onboarding process for new hires by preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and other relevant documentation. Assist with organizing recruitment events, job fairs, and community networking activities to promote job opportunities at Plymouth. Engage in recruitment processes with a strong understanding of equity and cultural competency, supporting Plymouth's commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Serve as the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and HRIS. Support the Benefits & HRIS Administrator with health and welfare plan administration, including enrollments, changes, and terminations. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of HRIS data, including processing new hires, status changes, and separations. Create and maintain employee files and records, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and organizational policies. Assist with annual open enrollment and other cyclical HR events. Provide administrative support to HR leadership, including organizing agency-related events and meetings. Assist in ad-hoc HR projects and serve as a backup to the Benefits & HRIS Administrator.
