Pay Max USD $26.00/Hr. Our Company BrightSpring Health Services Overview While this role is remote, the preference is for the candidate's location to be in the West Region specifically AZ, WA or CA. The HR Analyst is responsible for supporting operational data needs in various HR Applications including but not limited to ADP Enterprise, iCIMs (TalentLink), Cornerstone, Kronos (payroll), Point of Care, and others. This detail-oriented position requires proficiency in Excel as well as other Microsoft programs at the expert level. The analyst will be responsible for ongoing reporting of information and ensure data integrity by monitoring and auditing of systems regularly. The HR Analyst leads various data related initiatives for assigned region including: Analysis of HR data, providing HR/Business related recommendations, and leading actions to HR Processes. Responsibilities Analyze HR data to identify trends and develop action plans in partnership with HR and Operational Leadership. Provide analytical reporting for multiple programs and projects, including grants and SEIU state requirements. Develops and presents reports and communicates key findings to HR and management. Provides payroll processing and reporting support as needed including data integrity by monitoring and analyzing ongoing payroll reports and ensures errors are corrected timely. Tracking and reporting on Cumulative Career Hours (CCH) including entering appropriate step changes in salary for affected sites. Performing accurate data entry for all terminations and changes in employment status for assigned area. Leads monthly union reporting for assigned states and/or region and ensures adherence to all reporting deadlines and compliance requirements. Monitor and lead initiatives to ensure data accuracy and integrity in HR systems. Provide recommendations to optimize HR processes based on data analysis. Serves as Liaison with collective bargaining units in the areas of union-sponsored health, leave and retirement benefit programs, as well as managing grievance procedures to handle complaints from unionized employees and advising the human resource staff to ensure compliance with the contract. Coordinates with operational HR team members to ensure smooth and efficient business HR operations. Conduct research and gather data to support HR initiatives and projects. Assist in designing and implementing surveys to gather employee feedback. Assist with special projects and ad hoc assignments. Performs other tasks and duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree preferred, Minimum of Associate degree in human resources, organizational development, business management, or related field preferred. 3-5 years previous HR experience; benefits and leave, including regulatory leave and accommodations, background preferred. Working knowledge of human resources. Understanding of human services industry valued. Works well collaboratively within own group and cross functionally to achieve goals. Responds appropriately to problems and challenges. Uses good judgment in difficult situations. Understands and considers short- and long-term impact of decisions. Capacity to solve problems independently and as a member of a team.
