This is a Job Description for a Healthcare: Real Estate & Facilities Project Manager in Seattle Washington

Duties and Responsibilities: Lead and Supervise: Manage a talented team of facilities project managers, overseeing projects related to construction, maintenance, site openings/closures, space reconfiguration, and more. Real Estate Management: Handle lease negotiations, property acquisitions, lease administration, and maintain positive landlord and tenant relationships. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the facilities capital plan in collaboration with our team. Risk Management: Partner with the Risk Management team to ensure compliance with facilities-related insurance, vendor, landlord, and tenant requirements. Facility Assessments: Oversee routine facilities assessments, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the physical condition and capital needs of our properties. Equipment Management: Supervise clinical equipment inventories, ensuring proactive replacement and annual assessments. Compliance: Ensure adherence to facilities code requirements and infection prevention protocols. Hands-On Projects: Directly manage a variety of facilities projects, including safety, compliance, construction management, and the implementation of new standards and systems

 Requirements and Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 4 years in managing real estate and facility project teams, with established connections and significant experience in the Seattle real estate and construction markets. Healthcare Experience: Prior experience in healthcare facilities management is strongly preferred. Skills: Knowledge: Familiarity with facility codes and infection prevention requirements is essential. Mobility: Reliable personal vehicle for local travel between sites (mileage and parking fees reimbursed). Health & Safety: COVID vaccination required.
