Robert Half is partnering with a well-established Seattle law firm in their search for an Estate Planning/Tax Attorney to add to their prestigious Advanced Planning Group. This is a hybrid position that have offices in Downtown Seattle.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal counsel on estate planning, probate, and tax law matters.

• Prepare and review legal documents related to estate planning and tax law.

• Represent clients in probate and estate administration proceedings.

• Manage complex cases involving high net worth clients.

• Use your skills in power of attorney forms to manage client affairs.

• Stay updated on changes and developments in tax law and estate planning.

• Handle gift tax matters for clients.

Requirements

1+ YOE in Estate Planning/Tax Law

LLM in Tax preferred but not required

Active license in WA
