A mid-size law firm in Seattle is looking to add an Associate Attorney to their Employment group. The main function of this role involves representing both employers and employees in various matters, providing advice on compliance with employment laws, and addressing day-to-day workplace issues. The successful candidate will also conduct workplace investigations and provide advisory services in this thriving industry.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal representation to both employers and employees in a variety of matters

• Offer advice on compliance with employment laws and regulations

• Address and resolve day-to-day workplace issues

• Conduct thorough workplace investigations

• Provide advisory services related to employment law

• Maintain a robust workplace investigation practice

• Demonstrate an interest and expertise in employment law

• Leverage your Juris Doctor qualification and status as a Licensed Attorney in all aspects of your work

• Apply your skills in Employment Law, Federal Employment Law, and Local Employment Law effectively

• Use your experience in Employee Relations Investigations to enhance your practice

Requirements

2+ YOE in Employment Law

Active license in WA

Juris Doctorate

Strong academic credential and writing skills
