Overview:

The Director of Field and Channel Marketing for North America is a highly strategic and central role, responsible for leading the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to support F5s sales teams and channel partners across North America. This role will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and market expansion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B marketing, with experience developing highly effective teams and leading field and channel marketing strategies.

 

Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning: Bring a consultative approach to understanding the business goals of North America Sales and develop and execute marketing plans aligned with those objectives.

Field Marketing: Lead a team of Field Marketing Managers in the planning and execution of marketing programs, including hosted and sponsored events and targeted 1:1 and 1:few campaigns, to support sales goals, drive pipeline growth, and accelerate deal cycles.

Partner Marketing: Lead a team of channel marketing managers to develop and implement channel marketing programs to support to: Partner communication and enablement, and Partner co-marketing efforts to engage our joint customers. Drive strategic alignment between F5 business priorities and Partner goals and marketing resources/capabilities.

Content and Communication: Oversee the development of North America marketing collateral, sales communications, and other assets to support field sales teams and channel partners, ensuring alignment with messaging and branding guidelines.

Budget and Vendor Management: Manage marketing budgets for field and channel marketing activities, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to drive maximum ROI and achieve business objectives.

Account Based Marketing: develop and implement target account strategy to support account-based selling. Understand marketing data and develop strategies for key account segmentation and customer buying cycle.

Performance Tracking and Reporting: drive continuous analysis of performance data and derive actionable insights for campaigns and field programs. Ensure discipline of post initiative analysis to extract continuous learnings.
