What We Do At First American engaged employees are the foundation of our success. We are seeking a passionate engagement professional with diversity, equity, and inclusion expertise to advance our organization's commitment to fostering innovation through diversity. This individual will provide administrative, logistical, and project management support to drive our initiatives. You'll partner with the DEI Advisory Council, employee resource groups, and other stakeholders to implement meaningful engagement programs that promote inclusion, equity, and a strong culture of belonging. What You'll Do: Administrative and Logistical Support: Coordinate scheduling and logistics for DEI meetings, executive and internal speaker series, and events. Assist in the development of presentations, workshops, training modules, and other DEI resources. Manage communications and outreach related to DEI activities and programs. Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and synthesize DEI-related data to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement. Prepare clear and compelling reports and presentations that highlight DEI progress, trends, and opportunities. Communication and Collaboration: Partner with DEI leaders, ERGs, and HR teams to execute DEI programs aligned with overall corporate strategy. Collaborate with the communications team to develop content for the annual DEI report. Participate in external DEI surveys and benchmarking initiatives to stay informed of best practices. What You'll Bring: 2 years' experience working in a DEI position and implementing DEI related strategy, practices and/or training. Proven administrative proficiency and organizational skills. Demonstrated cultural competency across multiple communities. Experience working within underrepresented communities a plus. Highly organized, detail-oriented, goal-driven, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. High emotional intelligence, excellent active listening skills, and ability to handle sensitive situations. Ability to work effectively across diverse teams. Pay Range:$56,880 - $101,000 Annually This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting.
