The Customer Success Project Specialist will play a supportive role in the business transformation of Thomson Reuters customers in the Global Large Law space. This role assists the project manager and other subject matter experts in day-to-day activities, ranging from initial planning and analysis to global delivery. About the Role In this role as a Customer Success Project Specialist, you will: Assist in managing a firm-wide transformation project of a Thomson Reuters customer in the Global Large Law space, supporting alignment with both firms' strategic goals Help develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation Support the building and maintenance of relationships with key customer stakeholders Participate in regular status meetings and help prepare progress updates for stakeholders Contribute to the creation of deliverables, including reports, presentations, and documentation Help identify potential risks and issues that may impact project success Support change management initiatives to facilitate smooth adoption of new processes and technologies Work with cross-functional teams to support integrated project execution Assist in monitoring program impact and gathering data for continuous improvement About You You're a fit for the role of Customer Success Project Specialist if your background includes: Bachelor's Degree required and Master's Degree or equivalent Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in project management, consulting or similar fields 4+ years of experience supporting transformation projects in the legal (or similar) industry Good knowledge of project management methodologies Good communication and interpersonal skills to support stakeholder relationships Ability to contribute to the creation of project deliverables Basic analytical and problem-solving skills Familiarity with change management concepts and ability to work in cross-functional teams #LI-AY1 What's in it For You?
