Accolade's summer internship program runs June 10th-August 16th. This is a hybrid role working from our Seattle, WA or Plymouth Meeting, PA Office. Hourly pay rate is set at $21/hour. As an integral part of our team reporting to the Sr. Manager, Customer Communications, you'll gain hands-on experience in connecting our customers with the latest and greatest Accolade technology. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our communication strategies are aligned with our brand voice and objectives. What we are looking for... * Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program, preferably in marketing, business, communications, or a related field. * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a keen attention to detail. * Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools and platforms is a plus. * Passion for healthcare technology and a desire to learn about serving members with the highest quality care and technology experience. * Prior experience in customer service, marketing, or healthcare industry is preferred. * Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and eagerness to take on new challenges.
