Do you want the opportunity to create new brand-led creative to be seen all over the globe? Our client's Global Creative team is looking for a Creative Director to join our creative team in developing our new brand into a growing number of integrated campaigns and brand extensions.

They have a strong individual sense of aesthetics and be able to bring push the creative boundaries, bring thoughtful concepts to the table, as well as refined design knowledge. In addition, they should have the ability to collaborate with our agencies to create future-facing design and branding and to drive our partners to maintain high design bar. This position requires a great understanding and appreciation of brand systems, a self-starter mentality, a holistic design approach, and acute attention to detail. Not only do you have the technical skills and a portfolio to back it up, you function as a conceptual thinker who can bring fresh ideas to the team. The ability to manage multiple projects and communicate professionally with stakeholders is essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with strategists, agencies, copywriters, other designers and product marketing teams to develop brand-led best in class campaigns and brand guidance/applications.

  • Have a strong ability to take a creative vision and iterate, with clear direction to internal and external partners.

  • Craft high level creative strategies and briefs and presentation decks, along with sketches and comps that communicate concepts and campaigns

  • Articulate and pitch creative concepts to peers, management, Executive Producers and talent.

  • Develop and execute integrated marketing campaign concepts, as well as sub-brand and campaign guidance.

  • Elevate the creative output of any internal partner or agency/production company vendor to ensure that all marketing assets meet a high level of creativity, innovation and brand association on time and within budget

  • Obtain and allocate internal/external resources to achieve strategic and operating goals

  • Manage highly visible and complex projects that have wide impact across the business and/or spans across multiple teams or platforms

  • Proactively work to solve problems and communicate to management, and actively seek clarification when there is ambiguity

  • Communicate with key stakeholders internally and externally in a spirit of collaboration, building strong relationships with stakeholders, communicating and collaborating effectively, articulating complex issues/problems in an effective manner

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of creative design experience that encompasses digital, marketing, and brand design

  • Experience managing design teams and project teams to inspire great creative and problem solve.

  • Degree in design or equivalent professional experience required

  • A strong portfolio of work showing creative invention and innovation with the ability to articulate big and breakthrough ideas across multiple platforms.

  • Excellent presentation skills and interactive story telling ability

  • Experience in a variety of tools such as Figma and Adobe Suite.

  • Knowledge of typographic and brand design principles

  • Experience creating and implementing a design system across multiple platforms

  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills

  • Self-starter who is a customer-obsessed, enthusiastic team player

  • Ability to positively influence change through inspirational design, solid rationale, supporting data and diplomacy
