Description POSITION SUMMARY: The Contracts Manager at Milliman Global Corporate Services (GCS) will provide first level analysis and counsel on legal issues. The person in this role will support practice owners with contract drafting and negotiation. RESPONSIBILITIES: Draft redlines for NDAs, BAAs and RFPs. Draft redlines of Consulting Services Agreement and licenses with peer review. Negotiation of Nondisclosure Agreements, Business Associate Agreement and Request for Proposals. Supports the contract team with organization and process improvement. SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: BS Degree The ideal candidate must have minimum 3 years of experience working in a similar capacity. The ideal candidate must have intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint. Must have strong collaboration skills and work well with all levels of the organization. Previous experience working with Contract Management System (Agiloft or similar) LOCATION: This is a remote role. The expected application deadline for this job is April 30th, 2024 COMPENSATION: The salary range for this role is $66,000 to $129,000, depending on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, location, etc. BENEFITS: At Milliman, we focus on creating an environment that recognizes - and meets - the personal and professional needs of the individual and their family.
