Description

A mid-size law firm in Seattle is looking to add an Associate Attorney to their Commercial Litigation department. This group works on matters that involve Breach of Contract, Real Estate Litigation, Property Damage, Personal Injury Defense, and other Commercial matters. Firm offers low billable goal and substantial bonus potential.

Responsibilities:

• Take on a strategic and leadership role in supporting litigation matters

• Exhibit strong interpersonal relationships and client management skills

• Demonstrate expertise in drafting discovery, writing and conducting legal research; taking and defending depositions, preparing for arbitration and trials

• Defend lawsuits related to personal injury, property damage and breach of contract

• Participate in the litigation of complex commercial matters

• Contribute to cases involving property damage claims

Requirements

Active license in WA

1+ YOE in Commercial or Civil Litigation

Juris Doctorate

Experience with Real Estate Litigation or Personal Injury Litigation preferred
