EPAM Systems Cloud & Legacy Transformation Solution Consultant (Insurance) - Remote in Seattle, Washington

This Remote Position Cannot be Performed in New York City.

We are seeking a Senior Pre-Sales & Transformation Consultant to join our team.

This role will be critical in supporting our client engagements by developing and presenting pre-sales materials, collaborating with internal practices to craft optimal solutions, and leading the discovery and project planning phases. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and deep experience in the insurance industry, coupled with a proven track record in managing transformation projects involving cloud, mainframe, and data migration.

Responsibilities

  • Pre-Sales Support: Develop compelling pre-sales presentations and collaborate with internal teams to design tailored solutions that meet client requirements

  • Solution Development: Work closely with internal practices to create optimal solutions based on client needs, drawing upon expertise in cloud, mainframe, and data migration

  • SOW Drafting & Engagement Planning: Assist in drafting Statements of Work and create detailed engagement plans to ensure clarity and alignment on project scope and deliverables

  • Project Discovery & IT Transition: Lead project discovery efforts, converting insights into actionable IT projects, and ensure alignment with business and technical requirements

  • Client Stakeholder Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders, managing expectations and communicating progress effectively

  • Risk Mitigation & Solution Enablement: Identify potential project challenges proactively, enabling the team to devise effective solutions to address client issues

Requirements

  • Extensive experience working within the insurance industry & it’s Industry-specific challenges and opportunities (5 Years)

  • Proven history leading transformation projects across multiple cloud, mainframe, and data migration initiatives

  • Familiar with public cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, or GCP

  • Strong knowledge of legacy system transformation and data migration

  • Hands-on experience with mainframe decommissioning and modern cloud architecture

  • Ability to present solutions and gain buy-in from diverse stakeholders

  • Expert analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly in identifying challenges and creating solutions in high-complexity environments

  • Familiarity with insurance-specific data structures and compliance requirements

  • Comfortable with agile project management and best practices in IT transformation

This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $180K - $210K.
