We are a highly collaborative cross-border group that operates on the edge between Engineering and the business and helps to design solutions from concept to launch - all while focusing on and advocating for what's best for our customers. We work closely with Engineering and Design to create some of the most innovative never-been-done-before products. We partner with the Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Security teams to bring the product to market.This positionThe Change Management Principal is a strategic leadership role, focused on driving the end-to-end transformation workstream on our most critical company initiatives. In this role, you will transform behaviors and mindsets to drive end-user adoption and achieve desired business outcomes. To be successful, you will develop holistic change management strategies to overcome adoption hurdles, minimize resistance and ensure impacted audiences are ready and enabled. You will manage the end-to-end scope and be accountable for ensuring our business stakeholders are aware, engaged, and adopt new behaviors, processes, and tools. By acting as a trusted partner, you'll advise senior leadership on strategies and approaches for getting the business from the "as is" state to the adoption state. The role will focus on and lead all elements of transformation including people, business, processes, and tools. Successful candidates will be able to quickly build rapport and trust-based relationships, collaborating effectively across functions globally and exhibiting a drive to foster and empower change management through and through. You will execute with empathy, assertiveness - built upon deep change management subject-matter expertise and technical industry knowledge - and have a passion for connecting the dots for impacted users and their leadership. You will drive a consistent drumbeat to ensure people understand the "why," and feel prepared and excited for the change.This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Senior Vice President, Business Transformation & Operations, and is designated Flex.ResponsibilitiesIdentify impacted audiences by completing stakeholder analysis and impact assessments, defining personas, areas of resistance, motivators, etc.Partner with business owners to define adoption and business successCraft holistic, right-sized change strategiesPartner with training and communications team members to develop plans consistent with our change strategy, approach, and brandingLeverage data and metrics to gain feedback and pivot as neededPartner with the Senior Vice President, Business Transformation & Operations to develop an agile strategy and methodology to drive holistic adoptionIdentify change risks and
