Description $3,000 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment. Job Description: Under the direction of the PCA Coordinator, assists participants in maintaining an environment consistent with their needs. Assists participants in their mobility exercises to help them be more independent for their activities and to maintain their current level of functioning. Provides care in a manner that assures participant satisfaction and retention. Assists participants in such activities as walking, transfers, use of mobility devices, getting to and from rest room, toileting, changing diapers and clothing, feeding, showering, getting in and out of transportation vehicles, socialization at the center. Required qualification: Nurse delegation for nursing assistance training within 120 days. 70 hours of basic training within 120 days. Mental health specialty training within 120 days. Dementia specialty training within 120 days. upon hire: Washington Nursing Assistant Certification License Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Long term care or related geriatric and/or rehabilitative experience.
