America's Commercial Sales Partner Field Solution Sales Excellence ("AMER Partner SSOE") team is a diverse team that supports operational excellence for the AMER Partner Field Sales organization. The AMER Partner SSOE team is responsible for developing and leading the various mechanisms through which we define, measure and analyze the impact of partners to the AWS AMER Commercial Sales team. We are seeking a Business Analyst to help us define and implement an advanced analytical platform that will enable our senior management team to quickly identify performance trends and what is driving them, forecasting fiscal year outcomes and modeling the potential impact of strategic changes under consideration. As part of the SSOE team, you will own working with your manager and other business owners to ensure business conditions and output requirements are clearly captured, documented and communicated. You will also work with various global business groups at all levels to understand strategy, requirements and timelines, and appropriately map those into the business modeling of the analytical platform. The successful candidate must be a self-starter, be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, own deliverables end-to-end, prioritize workload effectively, and thrive in a dynamic, fast paced environment. They will be passionate about their work, detail-oriented, quality obsessed and have excellent problem solving abilities. This individual must also work well under pressure to meet ongoing and overlapping deadlines within short time constraints. They will have communication skills and be able to communicate complex analytical results, both written and verbally, in a clear and easy-to-understand way. They will deal with ambiguous problems, work with Project/Program Managers, Sr Sales Leaders, Business Analysts and field sales professionals throughout a project life-cycle to help define, validate and land your solutions to the target audience with high adoption and user-satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:* Work alongside business stakeholders to understand their objectives and prioritize solutions.* Elicit requirements using Business Analysis techniques such as user interviews, requirements workshops, task analysis, as-is vs. to-be diagrams/flows, etc.* Deliver analytical solutions - partnering with the business to model, design, and build solutions in Tableau, Excel and Quicksight.* Define a high-quality automated set of reports that represent the key performance measures of the AMER Partner Field Sales org on the overall AWS business; this platform will enable the ability to drill through the data from the highest AMER level down to the lowest atomic level of data.* Support - Provide day-to-day administration and maintenance of your analytical solutions.* Create and maintain documentation on business cases, user stories, processes and workflows* Subject matter expert - develop deep knowledge of the AWS Partner scorecard goals including how they are calculated, which operational systems are used and what each role must do in order to create a complaint target attainment.* Proactively seek out ways to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support an organization scaling at a rapid pace* Manage the landing and adoption of any new release through a variety of channels including SPR talks, posted videos, documentation and participation in open office hours.* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience* 2+ years business analysis experience using Tableau, Quicksight, SQL and Excel.* Demonstrated expertise wit
