We're seeking a Building Controls Project Coordinator who will play a pivotal role in delivering efficient service by managing Building Controls work across assigned areas or trades. This role is centered on clear, proactive communication with both internal and external customers, consistently prioritizing exceptional customer service. As Project Coordinator, you will support Controls Specialists and Low Voltage Installers by coordinating job schedules, evaluating and prioritizing duties, and ensuring accurate records to facilitate seamless field operations. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational goals, manage overflow calls to ensure timely service, and work closely with leadership to foster a collaborative, solution-focused environment.
