Including 6 locations across the US, these stores are showplaces for Reserve Coffee, mixology, and food concepts

The associate manager, design on the Siren Retail Operations and Implementation team will contribute to Siren Retail’s success through the creation of partner facing materials that enable our retail locations to train and launch promotions for our customers. In addition, this role will develop design solutions for retail partner communications and support the organization of the platforms upon which they exist. The associate manager, design will consult, identify opportunities and optimize performance in support of Siren Retail partners, customers, and the business.

As an associate manager, design you will…

  • Create (written and design) Siren Retail promotional materials

  • Manage and build timelines for deliverables for promotional materials

  • Create design solutions for various partner facing materials

  • Manage content and organization of partner facing materials in multiple systems

  • Incorporate creative and cultural trends into work

We’d love to hear from people with:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts/Visual Design/Visual Communication/Graphic Design or related creative certification

  • 2+ years of design experience with a creative agency or in-house creative team

  • A compelling portfolio of work with a range of creative projects

Basic Qualifications:

  • Skilled application of design principles

  • Basic graphics, file creation optimized for digital, social, media, packaging and/or print

  • Knowledge of current trends, culture and a keen eye for aesthetics and detail

  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective cross-functional working relationships (within Siren Retail and across the Starbucks enterprise)

  • Ability to intake, assess for relevance, and synthesize information

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc

The pay range for this position may be narrower than that displayed, depending on where the work is performed.
