We offer deep expertise across the entire customer journey, including communications, commerce, consultancy, CRM, CX, data, production, and technology.Who we are looking for:Wunderman Thompson is seeking an Associate Creative Director (ACD) of design for our thriving T-Mobile B2B business. The ACD loves to problem solve long-format design, with a proven track record of creating meaningful designs and campaigns that help brands connect with other brands through engaging marketing across a broad spectrum of platforms-digital, social, video and more. You'll be responsible for both conceptual thinking and overseeing and creating a range of graphic implementations for projects, delivering work for client presentations and for the end users.You are also an expert collaborator and are able to develop strong working relationships with other discipline leads on the team as well as team members from nearshore offices. You lead and inspire team members to exceed expectations, and you yourself strive to continually evolve and grow the brand/product's look, feel, and effectiveness.
