Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant 4 in Seattle, Washington. As an Administrative Assistant, your role will encompass a variety of duties, including clerical tasks, research, and handling information requests. You will act as a communication manager for our office, ensuring smooth operations and efficient information flow.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research and handle information requests to support office functions.

• Execute general office duties such as maintaining management systems and performing basic bookkeeping tasks.

• Prepare a variety of documents including invoices, reports, memos, letters, and financial statements.

• Manage and maintain corporate documents, records, and reports.

• Oversee the distribution of incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails.

• Respond to correspondence containing routine inquiries.

• Utilize computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for various tasks.

• Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, and customer service skills.

• Demonstrate the ability to work independently and manage one’s time effectively.

• Maintain organized and confidential information. Requirements • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Capable of performing basic bookkeeping tasks

• Ability to prepare invoices and responses

• Experience with clerical duties and office functions

• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Comfortable with conducting research independently

• Ability to manage records and documentation effectively

• Proficient in the use of computer programs and software

• Experience with the 'About Time' time management system

• Ability to conduct and understand conductivity measurements

• Experience in distributing faxes and managing correspondence

• Familiarity with preparing and understanding financial statements

• Ability to perform tasks related to clerical duties

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment

• Excellent written communication skills for professional correspondence

• Ability to manage and record office functions and tasks.
