Description
Amazon Selling Partner Services is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales professional to join our top performing FBA Sales Team. Specifically, this role will be charged with the recruitment of Strategic Amazon Sellers into the FBA program. As one of four members of this specialized subteam, but part of larger 60 person Fulfillment Recruitment and Development Team, you will be a vital component in driving successful inputs and outputs of the team, reporting on the business to internal stakeholders, and thinking big about short term and long term growth.
Key job responsibilities
Drive the team to Deliver Results by executing on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Drive prioritized, lead generation for the team
Lead, motivate and grow team to meet input and output goals
Improve upon and create new mechanisms, SOPs and tenets to further establish team and overall charge
Drive customer satisfaction across the customer base with expert account management
Partner with internal stakeholders from other Amazon organizations, reporting on business, developing and aligning on overall strategy
Present results in weekly, monthly, and quarterly business review meetings to key internal stakeholders and executives
Proven ability to close complex deals and help reps negotiate large deals
Basic Qualifications
Experience positioning and selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers and market segments
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of B2B or enterprise sales with a focus on hunting new business experience
Knowledge of procurement and source to pay processes and solutions or equivalent experience
Experience identifying trends and needs to improve an already closed large-scale technology deal

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $101,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $176,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
