We are currently seeking a Regional Account Coordinator to join our team as a member of our growing Service Washington divison.

You're great at:

Account Management and Process Improvement

  • Deliver accurate, high quality and timely results in business administrative support.

  • Complete administrative workflow: including contract setup, renewal, and follow-up.

  • Coordinate required activities across team members and departments in a timely manner.

  • Schedule, coordinate and/or participate in meetings as required and ensure tracking and follow‐up of resulting action items. Take meeting notes as needed.

  • Participate in the implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability in order to support a rapidly growing business.

  • Analyze contract performance and make recommendations regarding renewals and improvement opportunities.

  • Work with outside vendors to ensure accurate order and delivery of necessary parts and or/materials.

Cross-functional Relationships & Customer Satisfaction

  • Develop and maintain professional external client relationships.

  • Take a proactive approach toward avoiding problems and respond to internal and external issues and requests in a timely manner.

  • Develop and maintain professional internal client relationships across departments and geographies.

  • Participate in internal market teams to improve delivery within geography with respect to contract administration and client satisfaction.

  • Assist in gathering internal and external client insight to create process improvements and improve client satisfaction and account retention.

Communication

  • Communicate with and coordinate McKinstry internal resources to meet business objectives.

  • Coordinate and share information on key business processes related to financial and contract management

  • Initiate purposeful outreach and connection with internal and external customers, across departments and regions.

REQUIRED EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE and ABILITIES

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred

  • Business writing and editing skills required.

  • Strong verbal communication skills required

  • Demonstrable knowledge of finance principals, with proven ability to analyze business performance from a cost, revenue, and margin perspective required.

  • Highly proficient with Microsoft products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required.

  • Excellent knowledge of Excel functions and data analysis preferred

  • Experience with Viewpoint and/or Salesforce preferred.

  • Experience providing business and/or customer service support in a large organization or multi-office environment strongly preferred.
