Job Title: Quality SpecialistJob Description

The Quality Specialist will focus on packaging components. They will develop and review labeling components based on FDA oversight, maintain food safety-related certifications, communicate with consumer relations, manage documentation, and partner with the quality & graphics teams to ensure compliance.

Hard Skills

• BS in Scientific discipline

• FSQA experience

• Excel / mathematical skills

• FDA, GMP, HACCP, PCQI, SQF, NSF

Soft Skills

• Consumer relations

• Attention to detail

• Organization skills

Job Type

This is a permanent position.

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Scranton, Pennsylvania and some days remote.

Work Environment

Core hours are 8:00-4:30. Training provided and will be on-site. Once trained, can work remotely on Mondays and Fridays. Corporate office - will be mostly an independent contributor focused on packaging. Team of 6 Quality Specialists and reports to the Quality Director.
