Robert Half Director/Manager Financial Reporting in Scranton, Pennsylvania

Description We are looking for a Director/Manager Financial Reporting to join our team in SCRANTON, Pennsylvania. As a key member of our team, you will be tasked with driving our financial operations and strategic economic growth. You will ensure alignment of all financial aspects, provide accurate financial reports, and contribute proactively to our strategic planning to meet our organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage financial operations to ensure alignment with our strategic goals

• Generate accurate financial reports to provide transparency into our financial performance

• Contribute proactively to strategic planning to drive economic growth

• Leverage skills in financial analysis to identify areas for improvement and cost management

• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards

• Prepare and present consolidated financial statements for review by senior management

• Collaborate with other teams to drive financial efficiency and effectiveness across the organization

• Utilize financial reporting tools to analyze complex financial data and extract key trends

• Develop and implement robust financial policies and procedures to enhance financial integrity

• Provide financial guidance and support to other teams, helping them make sound business decisions. Requirements • Possess extensive knowledge and experience in Financial Reporting and Financial Analysis

• Skilled in Compliance with financial regulations and standards

• Proficiency in Cost Management and budgeting techniques

• Expertise in preparing and analyzing Consolidated Financial Statements

• Proven leadership and team management abilities

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information clearly

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in the use of financial software and systems

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required; Master's degree or higher preferred

• detail oriented certification such as CPA or CFA is a plus

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within a managerial or directorial capacity

• High ethical standards and professionalism, with a commitment to confidentiality.
