Administrative Assistant Opportunity in a Busy Law Firm - Scranton, PA
Adecco is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for a fast-paced law firm in Scranton, PA. This is a fantastic temp-to-hire opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a welcoming attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering and directing phone calls
Preparing correspondence and managing emails
Copying, scanning, and faxing documents
Greeting clients and visitors with a friendly, professional demeanor
Handling payments and processing mail
Scheduling appointments and managing the office calendar
Supporting case management to ensure timely progress
Position Details:
Hourly Rate: $ 18.00
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Job Type: Temp-to-hire
Candidate Requirements:
At least two years of recent administrative experience in a similar role
Excellent attendance and reliability—consistent work ethic is crucial for this role
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
Proficiency in computer navigation, data entry, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Friendly and outgoing personality—you’ll be the face of the office, providing a welcoming experience for all clients

Pay Details: $18.00 per hour
