About the Job

As a Training Program Manager, you will design, plan, and implement a new training program for Arcoro customers. The Training Program Manager will help customers to adopt and realize meaningful business goals with the Arcoro platform and services post implementation. As an individual, you should be naturally curious and analytical, understand that personal commitment supported by the hard work of data analysis is key to keeping your customers happily invested in your organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and grow training program for current customers to improve engagement, learning, and retention and/or to meet the changing needs of clientele, the organization, or the industry. 

  • Develop, implement, and maintain external training materials with the training team through avenues such as webinars in our ON24 platform

  • Travel onsite to customers for one-on-one training and coordinate targeted training events with the Director of Events

  • Work with Arcoro Marketing Department to continually build audiences for training and collaborate on upcoming training needs

  • Collaborate with internal teams to uncover the most asked questions and topics to build training around which will positively impact support ticket volume 

  • Work with multiple teams to proactively develop unique solutions, ideas, and improved training 

  • Ensures that training materials and programs are current, accurate , and effective. 

  • Refine cadence to conduct or facilitate training sessions for customers 

  • Tracks lessons learned over the course of a program and share those lessons using both customer feedback and analytics from the ON24 platform

  • Work closely with Implementation to complete any ‘additional training’ needs

  • Refine and grow the use and ability for AMs to sell Training Packages

    Required Skills & Abilities

  • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal

  • Excellent presentation skills

  • Excellent client services skills and professional demeanor

  • Strong project management, consulting, risk management and issue resolution skills

  • Self-starter demonstrated ability to work independently and to be accountable for results with minimal supervision

  • Demonstrated problem resolution skills

  • Proven skills in data analysis and reporting

  • Excel under pressure; ability to work both independently and cooperatively in a fast-paced environment.

  • The ideal candidate must be willing and able to travel and stay overnight about 2-3 times per month, as needed, to meet the role's demands.

    Preferred

  • Bachelor's Degree or comparable experience

  • 2-3 years' experience in a training role
