The Salesforce CPQ Business Analyst will work cross-functionally with product, sales, engineering, services, and more to implement practical business solutions related to Salesforce CPQ. The ideal candidate will be able to support large-scale projects from start to finish, provide ongoing support, and respond quickly to changes/requests from the business as they occur.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver a world class quote management experience for Sales users.
Manage fast-changing priorities in a dynamic environment to deliver the most impactful solutions to business stakeholders.
Analyze the current state and effectiveness of business processes and implement solutions to automate and improve efficiency.
Translates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria.
Partner with developers and program managers to establish timelines and ensure delivery of ongoing CPQ enhancements.
Develop business requirements, write the business stories, define business rules, create optimization and strategies and work with the development teams to communicate and develop solutions.
Collaborate with the team and stakeholders for execution, delivery, Demo and Retrospective.
Two+ years experience with Salesforce CPQ Lead to Cash (CPQ/CLM). Experience with full-life cycle implementations of Lead to Cash (CPQ/CLM) solutions, including ownership of the technical solution.
Salesforce CPQ, APEX, APEX Classes, Visualforce Pages, Lightning
Experience of at least one full-life cycle of Salesforce CPQ implementation.
Overall 10+ years of IT experience
Strong understanding of Lead to Cash process and business processes.
Deep understanding of business objectives to ensure outcomes effectively meet strategic and tactical needs.
Experience defining implementation strategy, roadmap, process flow diagrams and leading implementation of solutions.
Understanding of Contract Management, Billing Order, and Order Management.
Excellent communication skills, including presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint), with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.
A relevant university degree or equivalent work experience is required
Salesforce CPQ certification is desired
