We are seeking a Full Time Physical Therapist (PT) to join our independently owned clinic in Scottsdale, AZ. Each location is independently owned and operated, but part of a larger network of other independently owned clinics. This role would give you the benefit of working for a small company, with access to the resources of a large one! This is a relaxed environment where you are left to do the work you need to with your patients, with incredible resources at your disposal; working as if this was your own private practice.

Responsibilities:?

• Perform patient evaluations and exams.

• Diagnose patients to determine physical activity limits.

• Create care plans with clear goals and completion dates.

• Provide PT intervention techniques and exercises while tracking patient progress.

• Educate patients on techniques for their continued care.

Qualifications:?

• Accredited PT Program Graduate.

• Up-to-date state PT license.

• Ability to create and implement outpatient Plan of Care.

• Have a passion for helping patients achieve their PT goals.

• Must be self-motivated and willing to learn.

Position Highlights:?

• PT: $80,000 - $90,000 base salary (based on experience).

• Performance bonuses after 6 months.

• $3,000 Sign-On Bonus (Paid out half up front, half after 90 days)

• Up to 5% company stock after 1 year

• Maximum patient load of 12 patients per day
