Enterprise Technical Architect needed by Blue Yonder, Inc. Scottsdale AZ.
DUTIES: Drive the technical design, optimization, integration, and implementation of Blue Yonder Supply Chain Planning software solutions for customers. Serve as a technical owner and attends and contributes to key meetings between Project Manager, Solution Architects, key customer contacts, and customer users, up to and including key executive project sponsors. Conduct technical analysis sessions with clients and/or the project team to understand the functional needs and develop technical solutions to support the requirements. Provide variety of support to the project team, including quality assurance/design review, environment setup (Dev, Test & PROD), software installation, configuration, batch operations consulting, troubleshooting, and system testing and programming. Interact with Product Management Group and Product Development Teams regarding new releases, new functionality enhancements, existing product issue validation and act as the liaison to communicate to the rest of the team. Work with Support Services team to make Customer Stable post go-live and venture towards value realization. Lead technical design sessions to ensure clear construct and validation tasks and timeline. Conduct and/or guide system integration, user acceptance testing and deployment phases of the project to ensure a seamless transition to steady team associates. Sustain the balance between project scope, timeline, and technical requirements to ensure successful time to value and definitive customer satisfaction. Assess technical needs that fall outside the standard solution and/or scope, and assess integration complexity, architecture constraints and/or product roadmaps.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors (or foreign equivalent) degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field followed by eight years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as a Technical Architect, Architect Consultant, Software Consultant, Technical Consultant, or a related/similar position.
Experience therein to include 8 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience involving each of the following:
- Technical consulting and software implementation;
- forecasting and replenishment, sales and operations planning, or demand planning,
- Cloud Architecture deployments on MS Azure and SQL Server, Oracle, Windows, Linux, MuleSoft, or APIs;
- Installation, tuning, and deploying enterprise class software on Linux and Windows environments;
- Programming with PL/SQL, Unix/ Windows Shell scripting, and Python;
- Azure Architecture, and Enterprise application integration using ETL/APIs; and
- Oracle and SQLServer tuning.
Telecommute role, may work remotely from anywhere in the US. Travel Required to unanticipated locations throughout the United States.
