  • Partner with brand teams, UX groups, and content team members to ensure that all work executes upon existing standards and integrates with existing strategies.

  • Proofread all work and ensure work has been reviewed by manager, project coordinator, or senior content producer to ensure accuracy, ADA compliance and strong visual aesthetics.

  • Ensure that content is on brand and renders correctly across different browsers and device types.

  • Manage the intake, review, and communication for web content requests.

  • Review web intake briefs with appropriate teams and ensure that work performed is complete and all appropriate parties are notified upon publication.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to determine appropriate service levels for work requested and proactively communicate timelines and project statuses.

    Your Experience, Skills & Competencies

  • Minimum 1 year experience in content production, editing, and management with Adobe Experience Management (AEM).

  • Knowledge of agile software development methodologies.

  • Knowledge of web development best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, ADA compliance, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, or equivalent technical training.

  • Proficient with the following technologies:

  • Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

  • HTML/CSS

  • Graphic design and Photoshop editing

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Strong verbal, written, and listening communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and pleasant demeanor.

  • Proficient in the use of MS Office applications: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment, both independently and collaboratively.

  • Ability to adapt to new technologies, processes, and tools.

  • Ability to effectively prioritize work to meet deadlines and maintain service levels.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem solve independently.

  • Ability to uphold Choice’s Values & Performance Principles of collaboration, performance excellence, sense of urgency, openness to new ideas, inclusion & diversity, integrity, customer focus, and respect.
