Job Description

Lead Systems Engineer

The Lead Systems Engineer shall have a master's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science/Engineering, systems engineering or related field and a minimum of ten (10) years of relevant experience in leading technical functions for large, complex information technology systems. Specific qualifications and required skills include but are not limited to:

• Demonstrated experience integrating ERPs in a cloud environment

• Demonstrated experience with ERP platforms (or equivalent FMS/TMS systems).

• Demonstrated performance as a Systems Engineer/Architect, developing or implementing information systems with a broad experience base across the entire project lifecycle.

• Demonstrated capacity to understand and communicate technical ideas, concepts, and thoughts across multiple technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Ability to work in a fast paced, high-pressure environment.

• Demonstrated ability to independently determine and develop approach to solutions.

• Extensive experience obtaining and maintaining DoD Risk Management Framework Accreditation

• Integration experience with programs of similar scope

Lead Data Analyst

The Lead Data Analyst shall have a bachelor's degree in information systems, engineering, operations research, or a related field and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in integrating ERP systems and/or leading data analytics functions for large, complex organizations. The Lead Data Analyst shall have experience performing systems analysis, administration, and/or process analysis in a complex environment. The lead data analyst is responsible for the successful execution of strategic data management. This position collaborates with JTMS Joint Program Office (JPO) and governance process owners to define and establish the overall management strategy and approach to master data management, maintenance, and quality control. The lead data analyst will provide solutions for complex data issues, prioritization, analytics, system integrations and item master file management, act as liaison for data analysis and extraction for reporting to process partners, internal customers, and vendors. Specific qualifications and required skills include but are not limited to:

• Project management experience with medium to large sized projects and experience in Lean Methodologies or Process Improvement Frameworks is preferred.

• Experience in master data management, data modeling, and data analytics with programs of a similar scope

• Experience in transportation database management, Business Intelligence and related reporting tools, report writing, analytical review and system integrations preferred.

• Experience and knowledge with Materials Management ERP systems including demand planning, forecasting, inventory and stock level management, replenishment, receiving, and materials resource planning strategies (MRP) preferred.

• Certification in a relevant area (Lean Green Belt, Program Management Professional, is preferred.
