Key Responsibilities

You will be primarily responsible for the Chromatography and Analytical Technologies Division (CMD) and Laboratory Equipment Division (LED) service business:

• Selling Service Contract Renewals for our instruments

• Selling Warranty service contracts renewals

• Develop service sales strategies and move strategy to action

• Promoting value proposition services to existing contract customers

• Generating new business from non-contract customers

• Completing Planned Promotions and crafting new promotions to generate new business

What we are looking for

A dynamic sales manager to join our ANZ Services leadership team.

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Proven experience in a Sales role, preferably in the service or scientific equipment industry with focus on capital equipment

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Ability to rigorously adhere to sales and revenue targets

• Demonstrated ability to determine customer needs and successfully implement tailored solutions

• Ambitious and self-motivated with a competitive spirit

• 5+ years of strong sales experience, managing sales team would be preferred

• Great teammate with ability to lead from the front

• Self starter and ability to motivate the sales team
