Border Plains Equipment, an employee-owned, cerfied Case IH Dealer in Scobey, MT, is looking for a movated and driven individual to join our team as a Parts Manager. Selected candidate will establish pricing guidelines to achieve targeted goals, develop and implement a successful markeng and merchandising plan, maintain and control parts inventory, develop and sustain a high level of employee performance and morale, ensure employees are properly managed and coached, and achieve and sustain a high level of customer sasfacon and loyalty in ways to increase the loyalty and growth of current and new customers. This candidate will develop, monitor and achieve agreed upon departmental business objecves consistent with dealership policies, regulaons and expectaons.
