YOUR ROLE

During your internship of about six months, you have the opportunity to gain experience in the area of Healthcare Quality Assurance. Especially for pharmacy students who must fulfill "Pharmaziepraktikum nach §4 AAppO”.

Healthcare Quality Assurance

In Healthcare Quality Assurance we offer you the possibility to work on diverse tasks related to Quality Management systems in the Healthcare sector and applicable for Rx, Over-the-counter medicinal products and food supplements in a dedicated team of pharmacists, nutritionist and scientists.

You will work in an international environment together with other departments like Regulatory Affairs, Research & Development, Product Supply, Medical Affairs, etc. on process optimization & simplification to improve compliance with less effort/touches. Furthermore, you will participate in different QA improvement projects and work on QA compliance related topics, such as:

  • Providing support for operational quality tasks, such as assessing transport conditions and ensuring market release of medicinal products in compliance with GDP guidelines.

  • Operating within a GxP (GMP, GDP) compliant environment.

  • Supporting in managing quality deviations, conducting risk management activities, and overseeing change controls.

  • Taking ownership in a project that aims to digitize and simplify quality processes aligned with GDP Guidelines for the market release of medicinal products, medical devices, and food supplements.

  • Effectively communicating with different functions within P&G’s business units and collaborating with digitalization experts.

Job Qualifications

YOUR PROFILE

  • Bachelor’s or master’s student in pharmacy, medical-, bio-engineering or bio-informatic, biomedical science, molecular medicine related studies

  • Passion for innovation, digitalization and AI technology transformation

  • Digitalization experience or computational coding skills are a strong plus

  • Expected to handle GxP (GMP, GDP) requirements reliably and accurately

  • Independent and responsible way of working

  • Good knowledge of MS Office

  • Excellent precise communication skills and ability to work in a team

  • Fluent in English and German

  • Available for a duration of 6 months
