Your opportunity: As a Channel Sales Manager with Greenheck Group you will be responsible for sales channel management, related customer service, and building long-term partnerships with new and existing accounts. What you\'ll be doing: Focus on key national foodservice dealer accounts Build strong working relationships with key dealer leaders Create content for quarterly presentations detailing progress, product updates, future goals, etc. Demonstrate a strong partnership across customer organization (top to bottom) Attend buying group conferences, training seminars, customer national sales meetings, and national industry tradeshows (NAFEM, FEDA, etc.) Develop and grow relationships and national presence (establish organizational relationship) Establish consistent lines of communication and process for escalation Create content for presentations detailing progress, product updates, future goals, etc. Develop long-term relationships with internal and external customers to maintain market position as easiest company to do business with. May be responsible for overseeing customer support and/or direct outside sales force. Evaluate special design requests for feasibility and alignment with business unit objectives including pricing strategies to meet customer specifications. Responsible for negotiating with internal and external customers to find mutually beneficial solutions to field problems. Participate in industry related associations. Develop solutions for challenging applications in compliance with industry codes and standards. Provide input on promotional material to ensure the content is relevant for the targeted audience. Report on market trends, opportunities, and issues within the industry and investigate alternative channel opportunities to expand our business. Identify new product lines and markets and conduct appropriate research studies and analyses to determine feasibility.
