Kuehne+Nagel Key Account Manager Healthcare Global Account Program in Schindellegi, Switzerland

As part of the expansion within our Global Healthcare organization at Kuehne+Nagel, we're seeking a talented individual to join our Global Key Account Team, managing some of our most strategic Healthcare accounts across Europe and globally. This senior strategic role will report to our vertical lead in Europe and play a crucial part in our global account program. This position is ideal for someone who excels in building strong relationships, managing stakeholders, and driving business growth.

Ihre Rolle

As a Key Account Manager in our Healthcare Global Account Program, you will oversee the end-to-end commercial customer journey for a dedicated portfolio of key accounts. Acting as the leading Kuehne+Nagel representative, you’ll manage relationships, develop business strategies, and ensure alignment with our logistics services across all business units. Your role will focus on translating customer needs into actionable plans and driving business growth through strategic sales and account management.

  • Manage and develop key customer relationships, aligning ourlogistics services with their needs.

  • Drive business development and sales initiatives, focusingon up-selling and cross-selling.

  • Negotiate rates and service contracts, ensuring allcommercial requirements are met.

  • Monitor performance metrics and take action to ensuretargets are achieved.

  • Develop and maintain detailed account plans, ensuringalignment with customer needs.

  • Transition new business to operations smoothly, ensuringcommitments are met.

  • Conduct regular review sessions with customers,emphasising continuous improvement and innovation

Diese Qualifikation sollten Sie mitbringen

  • Proven experience in key account management and businessdevelopment within the logistics sector, with a strong sales track record.

  • Deep understanding of the healthcare industry as well as Logistics and supply chainmanagement.

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, withthe ability to manage relationships across various organisational levels.

  • Competitive mindset with excellent negotiation skills and adrive to achieve business goals.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems and familiarity with salesmanagement processes.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively withcross-functional teams.
