• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 1-year related experience, preferably within a call center environment.

• Customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues.

• Solid ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills.

• Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations.

salary: $16 - $18 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to customers and business partners through telephone and email communication

• Address and resolve customer complaints calmly and professionally

• Diagnose, assess, and resolve various problems and issues

• Monitor the progress of routes

• Process changes or cancellations for orders
