Sr. Administrative Assistant - Eddy Senior Care- PT Days

Coordinates physician requests for specialist visits, tests and imaging orders. Includes scheduling visits, notifying clinicians and participants and documenting in electronic medical record. Ensures any cancelled appointments/tests/orders are rescheduled in a timely manner. Tracks to ensure specialist visit notes and test/order results are obtained and incorporated into the medical record in a timely manner. Responsible to organize, maintain and secure electronic medical records.

Work schedule is M-F, part time, 3 days a week or 24 hours a week. Schedule is flexible.

Requirements: High school diploma or Associates degree in related field with relevant experience. Requires strong customer service skills, teamwork, and excellent organizational skills.

Pay Range: $18.50 - $24.92

Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
