System One Project Support Specialist in Schenectady, New York

Title: Project Support Specialist

Location: Schenectady, NY

Schedule: Part Time 20 hours per week (4 hours, 5 days per week)

Type: Contract

Responsibilities:

  • Create Request For Quote and send to potential contract manufacturers to bid on

  • Analyze bids

  • Send follow-ups on outstanding RFQ

  • Send NDA to potential new contract manufacturers

  • Assist in setting up new contract manufacturers in the system

  • Proofread and assist in follow-ups on Contracts and Agreements

  • Assist onboarding and offboarding contract manufacturers

  • Provide updates to internal stakeholders on status of projects

    Requirements

  • 1 - 2 years experience in Supply Chain, Sourcing, Procurement or Contract manufacturing

  • Has basic knowledge of Contracts/Agreements

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office Suite, Powerpoint, Teams and SAP

  • Project Management experience is helpful.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
