The GE Vernova Operations Management Leadership Program (OMLP) accelerates development of entry-level talent and produces leaders capable of meeting the challenges facing the Supply Chain (inclusive of manufacturing, sourcing, materials, and quality) functions at GE Vernova across the Power, Wind, and Electrification segments.

Job Description

What you’ll do:

OMLP is a 2-year rotational program consisting of four 6-month rotations that allow members to build leadership and functional skills through challenging assignments and world-class training. Training topics include lean, functional expertise (EHS, quality, materials, sourcing, manufacturing engineering, etc.), as well as leadership and personal development topics.

There are 3 mandatory rotation opportunities every OMLP will complete:

  • Manufacturing Shop Operations Supervisor (people leader of hourly workforce)

  • Sourcing/Materials Management (procurement, material flow)

  • Technical – (quality, lean, manufacturing engineer / process engineer)

What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications):

  • A four-year Engineering degree OR Supply Chain degree with manufacturing experience

  • Overall GPA greater than or equal to 3.0/4.0 (without rounding)

What will make you stand out:

  • Prior intern or co-op experience in manufacturing and lean

  • A major in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering

  • Ability to solve problems in a team / manufacturing environment

  • Strong interpersonal skills: ability to connect with all levels of the organization, innovation-driven, customer-focused, lean mindset, team player, and accountable

  • A strong commitment to a career in manufacturing/supply chain

Relocation requirement: These are the typical sites for GE Vernova; however, due to the widespread footprint of our businesses it’s not an all-encompassing list. Relocation packages are provided.

  • Greenville, SC; Bangor, ME; Schenectady, NY; Richmond, VA; Allentown, PA; Parsippany, NJ; Wilmington, NC; Clearwater, FL; Charleroi, PA; Grand Forks, ND; and Pensacola, FL. Must be open to relocation on program.

Additional Notes: Employees with a permanent address more than 50 miles away from the work location are eligible for a relocation package upon joining GE Vernova as well as rotating between sites while on-program.

For U.S. based candidates only, for purposes of complying with U.S. pay transparency requirements, the base pay range for this position is 81,000.00 USD annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
