Responsibilities
The Analyst Quality Systems is a support function for the local Business Process Owner (BPO) for Site Quality Risk Management (QRM) Process including Site Quality Risk Register (SQRR), Quality Planning (QP), Quality System Management Review (QSMR) as well as related projects and metrics. The person covering this role is responsible for:
Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.
Support and delegation of the local BPO in the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of Risk Management process and related projects. This covers specifically but is not limited to:
Support BPO in ensuring compliance with current and proposed J&J and regulatory requirements in regard to QRM
Support BPO in serving as a central point at Schaffhausen Site for questions on QRM
Support BPO in leading site QRM community of practice and participating in global QRM community of practice
Support BPO in giving training to end-users related to the QRM process.
Support BPO in overseeing QRM Periodic Reviews
Data collection, coordination and preparation of SQRR, QP, QSMR and coordination of follow-up actions if applicable.
Monitoring of QRM KPIs (key performance indicators)
Investigating any nonconformances identified within the local Quality Systems Team.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification
Mandatory:
Minimum bachelor's degree in a science or technical field.
Proven experience in a GMP Environment.
Ability to work independently, handle and prioritize workload ensuring deliverables are timely, accurate, and meet their intended objective
Strong communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills, self-awareness and flexibility required.
Team-oriented, open-minded, dynamic and highly motivated person
Preferred:
Demonstrated skills in Process Excellence
Demonstrated experience in Quality Risk Management, Risk Assessments, FMEA
