Duties:
Assisting with HR project management, coordinating activities, obtaining resources, contacting vendors, and processing invoices and contracts
Performing data entry and coordinating calendars and meetings
Maintaining HR project records and employee files
Administering, tracking, and reporting on small projects within the HR department
Assisting with employee onboarding and orientation
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
1-2 years' experience in human resources, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
Experience with MS Office, Workday experience a plus
Willingness to be flexible and work in a fast-paced environment
