Description We are seeking a Customer Service Representative in Scarborough, Maine. The opportunity provides a long-term contract in the customer service industry. The role will primarily involve answering inbound calls, dealing with customer inquiries, and maintaining efficient data entry.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via inbound calls and provide the necessary assistance.

• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word to maintain customer records and manage data entry tasks.

• Ensure the accurate and efficient entry of customer orders.

• Schedule appointments according to customer preferences and company guidelines.

• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls, adhering to the highest standards of customer service.

• Maintain professional email correspondence with customers to provide updates and resolve issues.

• Collaborate with the call center customer service team to meet and exceed customer expectations.

• Continuously improve knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary. Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to resolve customer issues effectively

• Ability to manage email correspondence professionally and promptly

• Proven ability to schedule appointments efficiently

• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to adapt to changing customer needs and demands

• Able to work in a team-oriented environment

• High degree of professionalism and courtesy when interacting with customers

• Possess strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions
